Acceptance of Goods - Acceptance of goods indicates the customer’s unconditional acceptance of Decorada’s terms and conditions
Payment Terms Initial transactions: minimum order of $200, pro-forma net. Approved credit account holders: 30 days from statement.
Payment Methods Payment to be made by Electronic Funds Transfer, credit card or cheque. Cash is not accepted for payment. Minimum Order Value - Pro-forma: minimum order of $200. Approved credit account holders: minimum order of $100 per order net.
Application for Credit Account - Offered at Decorada’s discretion. Only Decorada or GHA Credit Application forms (with original signature) will be considered.
Change of Ownership - Notification must be made in writing and a new credit application is to be completed. Inactive Accounts - If an account has been inactive for more than 24 months a new credit application will be required. Additional Shops - Customers requiring more than one credit account must fully complete an additional credit application for each trading address. (eg. Two shops requires TWO credit applications). Changes to Orders - Any change/cancellation must be made in writing directly to the Decorada Head Office. Order amendment or cancellation charges may apply at sole discretion of Decorada.
Freight - Freight is not included in the cost of goods and is charged on each invoice. Dishonoured Cheques - Dishonoured cheques incur an accounting fee of $15 plus GST. Overdue Accounts - Goods will not be supplied to overdue accounts until such time as the account is brought up to date. Decorada reserves the right to withdraw credit terms to overdue accounts.
Claims & Discrepancies - Must be made in writing, quoting invoice number and reason, directly to the Decorada Head Office within 14 days of delivery date. No returns are acceptable without Decorada’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Freight will be charged. Contact our Head Office or agent to confirm our current nominated courier.
Re-stocking Charge - Goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ will incur a re-stocking charge of 15% plus freight chargeable to the customer. Estimated Delivery Time - Times quoted are subject to possible changes in shipping schedules, strikes, carrier delays etc.
Prior Charges - All terms and prices are subject to change without prior notice due to unforseen circumstances such as fluctuations in exchange rates. Property & Delivery of Goods - All goods are sold on ex-Decorada warehouse basis. The property in the goods passes to the purchaser only after the price of the goods has been paid in full. Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser on dispatch. Price is ex Decorada premises and includes all amounts charged to this point.
Right of Refusal - Decorada Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service or credit.
