All products are directly supplied by Decorada and are inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment.
Customer is responsible for any originating shipping fee and any return shipping fees.
All exchanges, refunds & returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods and returned to Decorada within 14 days.
If you wish to return a product for a refund we will gladly offer you a credit note to the full value of the product (excluding shipping fees).
If your product arrives damaged and you would like a credit issued, the product must be returned as proof to Decorada for inspection.
Damage caused by improper handling or care is not returnable.
Decorada will not be held responsible for refunds on items which are undeliverable, or for delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information which was given at the time of ordering.
Goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ will incur a re-stocking charge of 15% plus freight chargeable to the customer.
